The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a fully functional shower - a stark contrast to the messy setups I've encountered in other places. the inclusion of free Wi-Fi and convenient amenities like a wardrobe and TV provided a hassle-free experience. The location, while central, required a bit of a walk from the train station. the restaurant downstairs served excellent meals at reasonable prices, catering even to special dietary needs, enhancing the overall value proposition. the staff were helpful and accommodating, although varying in friendliness. In terms of cost, Hotel Passage offered excellent value compared to other accommodations in Switzerland. Despite being an older property, it was well-maintained and clean, providing a comfortable stay at a reasonable price point. If you're looking for a cost-effective option in Grenchen, this hotel is worth considering.
